RGGCSA members enjoy five meetings per year, including our Annual Fall Meeting, with opportunities in environmental stewardship, water management, course set-up, and other industry discussions, as well as camaraderie and networking. The Annual Fall Meeting offers additional research and educational topics, including a well attended trade show.
Meetings are generally all-day affairs, but offer flexibility for your busy schedule. Meetings typically consist of a networking hour with sign in from 8 until 9, business meeting from 9 until 10, followed by an educational session from 10 until 11. After lunch, we hear from the golf course superintendent about his course and offered the opportunity to experience the layout with an afternoon of golf, while meeting new colleagues or catching up with old friends.
The “RG SuperNews” is published four times per year. The digital newsletter has educational articles, industry topics, as well as information about the membership.
The RGGCSA supports research by edict of our by-laws and we regularly award scholarships to worthy relatives of members.
